We offer an exchange period of 7 days from the delivery date of your parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges beyond this 7-day window.
To qualify for an exchange , your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.
If you do not prefer to exchange immediately, we can provide a coupon code with store credit equal to the value of your purchase, which you can use for future orders.

To process a claim for a defective product, we require clear videos or/and pictures of the parcel being opened. Once our team receives these materials, they will conduct a thorough quality inspection. If the defect is confirmed, we will ship a replacement product.

Missing Item in the parcel
To address a missing item, we require clear videos of the parcel being opened. Once we review and approve the video, we will send the missing item to the given address. Without a parcel opening video, no request will be entertained under any circumstances.
